While ensuring a high level of equipment automation and energy conservation, the company focuses on the construction of environmental protection treatment facilities, investing more than 30 million yuan to build zero discharge sewage treatment facilities and a 180t/day waste acid treatment system, shouldering social responsibilities in energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection.
　　The company has a dedicated sewage treatment workshop to treat the pickling wastewater (sulfuric acid pickling) during the production of welding wires. The treatment of the pickling wastewater consists of three main parts: pre-treatment system, membrane system, and causticization system. The treatment of waste aquatic products for reuse in production workshops can not only achieve environmental protection goals, but also improve water production efficiency and effectively improve the reuse rate of water resources.
